Dear Clerk,
Please pass along my support of the Idaho Housing and Finance Association/The Housing Co project to be discussed at
tonight's Planning & Zoning Committee meeting.
I live within one mile from this property, and am really excited about the potential to bring affordable housing to the
area. I think we have a great neighborhood, and love to see access to our community opened to more people.
This project is in a great area because it is within walking distance to parks and elementary schools. I hope P & Z
approves this plan!
