The owners, Fiberon is looking at constructing a new interior working platform. This
platform will be higher than the roof, so this platform will penetrate the roof. We will
design this penthouse as we are calling it to match the existing building. Where it
penetrates the roof, the walls will have the same material as the building so to match
the material and color.
We are not proposing any exterior modifications so the Site stays the same along with
the landscaping, no changes.
We hope this project will be acceptable to the planning department. This project will
fit the needs of the owners.
