We will be doing the project in 3 phases and would like to propose the cluster mailbox to be located in the common area where the pool and pool -house are located. I have attached the pre -plat that has an old layout of the lot and the new site plan for the pool/pool-house. We are trying to coordinate with our architect to attach the mailboxes to the pool -house. This will provide lighting for safety and overhang from the building to protect the public from the weather elements. Would this location be acceptable?
