Home My WebLink AboutPH NoticeCITY OF MERIDIAN NOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho, that the Meridian Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Idaho Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 20, 2006, for the purpose of reviewing and considering the application AZ 06-018 of Incline Village, LLC for a Annexation and Zoning of 20.01 acres from Ada County RUT to R-4 Medium Low Density Residential zone for Incline Village Subdivision; Furthermore, the applicant request the application of PP 06-016 for Preliminary Plat approval of 64 single family residential lots and 8 common lots on 20.01 acres in a proposed R-4 zone Incline Village Subdivision generally located north of West Cherry Lane and west of North Black Cat Road. A more particular description of the above property is on file in the Planning Department, 660 E. Watertower Lane Suite 202, and is available for inspection during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You may contact the Planning Department at (208) 884-5533 during regular business hours. A copy of the application is available to review upon request. Any and all interested persons shall be heard at said public hearing, and the public is welcome and invited to submit testimony. Oral testimony may be limited to three (3) minutes per person.
