Attached is the staff report for the proposed Grandview Marketplace Retail Building B by
Jonathan Seel (CUP-06-029). This item is scheduled to be on the Planning & Zoning Commission
agenda on October 19, 2006. The public hearing will be held at City Hall, 33 E. Idaho Avenue,
beginning at 7:00 pm. Please call or e-mail with any questions.
