To Whom it May Concern: Attached, please find a Conditional Use Permit application for the Retail Building #B/Drive Thru, located in the Grandview Station/Dorado Subdivision on the northwest corner of Eagle and Overland Roads. The Retail Building #B project consists of a 5,209 s.f. Retail Building and proposed Drive-thru window. It will be a single story, painted and textured stucco over wood framed structure with a low sloped single -ply membrane roofing behind parapets. The HVAC units will be roof mounted and screened by the roof parapets. We have identified on the attached site plan the extent of parking and landscape area associated with this particular building. We hope the Planning & Zoning Committee and City Staff will approve this project, please feel free to call with any questions.
