To Whom It May Concern: Attached, please find a Conditional Use Permit application for the Retail Building #1 with Drive Thru, located near northwest corner of Overland and Eagle roads at a parcel of land being part of Lots 4, 5, 7-9 and 14-16 in Block 1 of Dorado Subdivision according to the official plat thereof as filed in the records of Ada County, Idaho. The Retail Building #1 project consists of a 14,315 s.f. Retail Building and proposed Drive-thru window. It will be a single story, stone, painted and stucco textured concrete tilt -up structure with a low sloped single -ply membrane roofing behind parapets. The HVAC units will be roof mounted and screened by the roof parapets. We have identified on the attached drawings the extent of parking and landscape area associated with this particular building.
