referenced application.
Per the City's March 14, 2006 Public Hearing Donee (dated February 22, 2006), reg>rding the
private street application for multifamily and commercial development and a variance to allow
access to state highway for the BienviUe Square Subdivision, TTD offers the following
comment(s):
. liD has received a permit application for access to SH-55 for this development and is
currently being reviewed.
. Any desired access on to Eagle Road requires a Permit from ITD prior to construction
. Improvements to Eagle Road should be a condition of approval to their variance
. Access as proposed does not meet spacing reqtrirements for . Type N fucill ty, access every
Y2 mile in urban areas for public street approaches.
. Cross-connectivity With adjacent owners should be implemented by the developer.
