Jay,
Thanks for getting back to us. We can expand to 20' wide but were thinking we only need 16' per the clip
below. Reference attached standards received back in May 2021. We plan to have (1) 6-CY dumpster and (2) recycle
totes, 95-gal max. Please let us know if we need to expand or are okay as currently shown?
Two containers:
(1) 3, 6, or 8-yard
dumpster,
and one grease
container or up to two
95-gallon carts
Thanks,

n Eric,
irad is out of the office and therefore you didn't receive a reply.
Bruce and I spoke and everything looks great with the approach. We just ask the following:
The depth of 12 ft is good but if you have trash and recycle we need the width to be 20ft
instead of 16ft. If you plan on having only trash then 16ft is great.
We don't per say stamp plans but rather give approval via e-mail.
Republic Services gives approval for the plans as they are with the addition of 4ft to the width
of the enclosure if you plan to have 2 containers.
Thanks
Jay

Good Morning Gentleman,
Our delay in submittal is not intended to burden, you so I apologize if that is the case. I wanted to follow up and see if
review or the proposed project is something we can expect this week? If not, I just want to inform our client so we can
plan alternately.

Fire Station 7 - Trash Enclosure Approval
James & Bruce -
Please find the attached exhibit containing the site plan and trash enclosure details for the subject project located at
2385 E Lake Hazel Road in Meridian adjacent to Discovery Park. We are proposing a single enclosure for dumpster and
(2) recycle containers. Exact volumes/sizes to be coordinated further as owner needs are understood. The site will take
access off of a proposed ACHD collector roadway along the eastern side of the parcel. Actual address is pending. We
are submitting for a City of Meridian Certificate of Zoning Compliance application at the end of the week and need site
plan review and approval from you in order to submit. Could you please review the attached and provide needed
stamped site plan?

to this request in the coming days. Do not hesitate to contact our office should you have any questions or require
