Street Centerline Elevation Certification I PN 121027
Dear Mr. Stewart:
As required by the City's final plat application requirements, please accept this statement certifying that
all street finish centerline elevations are set a minimum of three (3) feet above the highest established
normal groundwater elevation.
According to the initial test pit investigations and recent construction activities, the groundwater within
this project was not encountered within a depth of three (3) feet of the existing ground.
Based on the above information, I certify that groundwater would be greater than three (3) feet below
the designed finished street centerline elevations throughout the project.
