As an authorized agent of Cole Valley Christian School, CTA Architects Engineers is herby
reguesting to retract the request for variance for Zo.ning ~d Ordinance No. 557~ 10- } -91 as
submittedon June 24, 2002 and are requesting a retunct otthe variance ap. pi icat~on fee. As
discussed during the City Council meeting on July 2~ 2002, a variance wtllbe submitted on an as
needed bases as the school grows and the total number of required parking exceeds the total
mtmber of provided parking.
