Corporate Drive, please note the following: • This property is located within the corporate boundaries of the City of Meridian and is currently zoned C-G, General Retail and Service Commercial District. • The abutting zoning designation for the address listed above is C-G to the north, south, east, and west. • A Research and Development Facility is a principally permitted use in the C-G zoning district. The definition of a R&D Facility is: A business engaged in research and development of ideas and applications in technologically intensive fields including, but not limited to, medical and biomedical technology, computer software and information systems, and telecommunications. Prototype development, assembly and testing as well as supportive administrative and corporate functions may be associated with such uses. • No entitlements are known for the existing user. • The site was not approved as a Planned Unit Development. • To the best of my knowledge the site is not in any special, restrictive, or overlay district. • The proposed/existing use is considered a conforming use and complies with the applicable zoning regulations. • In the event of a casualty, an approved Certificate of Zoning Compliance is required to rebuild the structure in its current form.
