NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian
and the Laws of the State of Idaho that the City Council of the City of Meridian will hold
a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho,
at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 25th, 2022 for the purpose of reviewing
and considering the following applications:
The Land Group, Inc., for an Annexation of 40 acres of land with R-8 (27.63
acres), L-O (1.64 acres) and M-E (10.72 acres) zoning districts and a Preliminary Plat
containing a total of 112 lots consisting of (93) buildable lots and (13) common open
space lots on 27.63 acres of land in the R-8 zoning district, (2) buildable lots 1.64 acres
of land in the L-O zoning district, (1) buildable lot on 10.72 acres of land in the M-E
zoning district and (3) future, right-of-way lots on 40 acres of land for Aviator Springs
Subdivision (H-2021-0065), located at 3235 N. McDermott Road.
Individuals wishing to testify in person may do so by attending the public hearing
at the above-noted time and date. Oral testimony may be limited to 3 minutes per
person. Written testimony may be submitted up to 72 hours prior to the Public Hearing
via mail or in person to Meridian City Clerk, 33 E. Broadway Ave, Suite 104, Meridian,
ID, 83642; by email to cityclerk@meridiancity.org; by voicemail at 208-288-5607; or by
texting “Comment” to 31996. All testimony and materials received or presented become
property of the City of Meridian as public records and are subject to the provisions of the
Idaho Public Records Law. Application materials are subject to change throughout the
public hearing process, and it is incumbent on interested persons to monitor changes by
following the process in person, online, or by contacting City staff.
