Design Review Re: Cope Collision To Whom It May Concern: Pursuant to our Certificate of Zoning Compliance and Administrative Design Review application for a portion of the parcel of land located at 1752 E. Franklin Rd. Meridian, Idaho, parcel number R5430250300. We understand the city is requiring a Certificate of Zoning Compliance for the proposed tenant improvement, Cope Collision, wanting to construct a new storage building on a portion of their existing facility located at 1752 E. Franklin Rd. The use of this tenant is mainly auto body repair, and the proposed building will be a storage of tools and miscellaneous parts. There is a portion of the building that is used for RV storage. The warehouse area is 3,200 s.f. with a mezzanine storage area of 1,200 s.f. and an exterior covered RV storage 960 s.f.
