document.
(B) "Borrower" is JANUSZ PADLO AND PAULINA PADLO, HUSBAND AND WIFE.
Borrower is the trustor under this Security Instrument.
(C) "Lender" is Academy Mortgage Corporation.
Lender is a UT Corporation, organized and existing
under the laws of Utah.

(D) "Trustee" is Fidelity National Title Company, 485 East Riverside Dr, Suite 200, Eagle, ID 83616.
(E) "MERS" is Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. MERS is a separate corporation that is acting solely as
a nominee for Lender and Lender's successors and assigns. MERS is the beneficiary underthis Security Instrument.

Board,... upon any application ,...or loan,...shall be fined not more than $1,000,000 or imprisoned not more
