MOABIDNS OF THIS SECTION SHALL NOT APPLY WHENEVER A NUISANCE RESULTS FROM THE IMPROPER OR
NEGLIGENT OPERATION OF ANY AGRICULTURAL OPERATION. AGRICULTURAL FACILITY OR EXPANSION THEREOF.•
