Hi Alan,
It really just depends on the workload at the time we accept the study. We strive for 20 days, but it has been taking
longer than that recently. I’m also not sure if we will have additional comments to address on the most recent TIS
submittal.
I recommend continuance and waiting until we accept the study before scheduling a hearing date. Once we accept the
study, we will have a better idea on timeline for the staff report.

Back to the question regarding Quartet South,
As you have not accepted the traffic study yet, after it IS accepted, what is a typical turn-around on the staff report?
The applicant is anxious to get to hearing, but we are leaning toward recommending they request continuance or us
recommending denial. The Planning Commission hearing is on January 20.
