PRELIMINARY BOUNDARY DESCRIPTION
A parcel of land, situated in a portion of SE 114 of the NW 114,NE 114 of the SW 114 and the NW 114 of
the SE114 of Section 15,Township 3 North, Range 1 West, Boise Meridian, City of Meridian, Ada
County, Idaho, being more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at a brass cap monument making the southwest corner of the NW114 of said Section
15 (W114 Corner),thence along the south line of said NW114 S.89°14'36"E. a distance of 1322.75 feet
to a 518 inch rebar making the southwest corner of said SE114 of the NW114 (CW1116 Corner) and
marking the POINT OF BEGINNING;
1) Thence, leaving said south line and along the west line of said SE114 of the NW114,
N.00°39'56"E. a distance of 1328.79 feet to an aluminum cap monument marking the
northwest corner of said SE 114 of the NW 114 (NW 1116 Comer);
2) Thence, leaving said west line and along the north line of said SE114 of the NW114
S.89°15'14"E. a distance of 1321.49 feet to the northeast corner of said SE 114 of the NW 114
(CN 1116 Corner);
3) Thence, leaving said north line and along the east line of said SE /4 of the NW 1 A,
