NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian
and the Laws of the State of Idaho that the City Council of the City of Meridian will hold
a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho,
at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 11, 2022 for the purpose of reviewing and
considering the following applications:
Brighton Development, Inc. for a Rezone of 32.21 acres of land from the R-4 to
the R-8 zoning district, a Development Agreement Modification to allow the proposed
development plan, and a Preliminary Plat consisting of 97 building lots and 14
common lots for Apex East Subdivision (H-2021-0086), located on Parcel
S1405120902, south of E. Lake Hazel Rd. between S. Locust Grove Rd. and S. Eagle
Rd., in a portion of Government Lot 2 and a portion of the SW ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section
5, Township 2N, Range 1E.
Individuals wishing to testify in person may do so by attending the public hearing
at the above-noted time and date. Oral testimony may be limited to 3 minutes per
person. Written testimony may be submitted up to 72 hours prior to the Public Hearing
via mail or in person to Meridian City Clerk, 33 E. Broadway Ave, Suite 104, Meridian,
ID, 83642; by email to cityclerk@meridiancity.org; by voicemail at 208-288-5607; or by
