Propose to build a 4 plex at 532 East Broadway. On the corner of East Broadway and 6 th st. This 4 plex will be 4 units. Units #1 & #4 will be 1057 s.f. with 2 bedrooms and 1 '/2 baths Units #2 & #3 will be 1273 s f. with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The 4 plex is designed to have 8 paved covered car ports, will be 2 stories high and will conform to old town requirements. Peaks and valleys in roofing with plenty of glass on building front. Sidewalk and curbing will be put in and roads will be improved to centerline. Alley way will also be paved to property line connecting to parking pavement. Front entrances will be set back for patio.
