Loehr 4 plex

I, Linda M Loehr. Propose to build a 4 plex at 532 East Broadway. On the corner of East
Broadway and 6 th st.
This 4 plex will be 4 units. Units #1 & #4 will be 1057 s.f. with 2 bedrooms and 1 '/2
baths
Units #2 & #3 will be 1273 s f. with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.
The 4 plex is designed to have 8 paved covered car ports, will be 2 stories high and will
conform to old town requirements. Peaks and valleys in roofing with plenty of glass on
building front. Sidewalk and curbing will be put in and roads will be improved to
centerline. Alley way will also be paved to property line connecting to parking pavement.
Front entrances will be set back for patio. Front of building will be 5 feet from sidewalk
which will be landscaped with flowers and bushes. There should be 200 s.fof grassy
area in rear of building.

My name is Linda Loehr and you are invited to a meeting to be held from
7:00 pm until 8:00 pm at 532 East Broadway. Corner of East Broadway and
6"' st. On Monday June 25 2007
I have purchased this property and intend to remove the structure now on it
and replace it with a 4 plex, conforming to Old Town specifications.
This is an informational meeting for the city's application process for City
Council Meeting approval. This meeting will be scheduled at a later date and
signs will be posted on the property as to when meeting will happen.

COMMITMENT OF PROPERTY POSTING
Per Unified Development Code (UDC) 11-5A-5D, the applicant for all applications requiring a
public hearing (except for a UDC text amendment, a Comprehensive Plan text amendment
and/or vacations) shall post the subject property not less than ten (10) days prior to the hearing.
The applicant shall post a copy of the public hearing notice of the application(s) on the property
under consideration.
The applicant shall submit proof of property posting in the form of a notarized statement and a
photograph of the posting to the City no later than seven (7) days prior to the public hearing
attesting to where and when the sign(s) were posted. Unless such Certificate is received by the
required date, the hearing will be continued.
The sign(s) shall be removed no later than three (3) days after the end of the public hearing for
which the sign(s) had been posted.
