The Idaho Attorney General is happy to announce that 100% of eligible cities and counties in Idaho have signed on to
participate in the opioid settlements. The Attorney General appreciates everyone’s efforts in making this possible and
taking this step to bring the maximum amount of funding available under these settlements to Idaho. A press release
will be issued later today.
The Idaho Attorney General also wanted to inform you that the deadline for local government participation in the
nationwide opioid settlements has just been extended from January 2, 2022 to January 26, 2022. This does not affect
the participation forms you already filed.
