HomeMy WebLinkAbout2021-12-05 Newspaper Published NOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho that the City Council of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 21, 2021 for the purpose of reviewing and considering the following applications: Alpha Development Group for a Development Agreement Modification to remove the subject parcel from the boundary of the existing Development Agreement (Summerwood Subdivision, H-2019-0001, Inst. #2019-055407) for the purpose of creating a new Development Agreement consistent with a new concept plan and proposal for a multi-family development on 16.6 acres of land in the R-15 zoning district for Alpha Development R-15 MDA (H-2021-0094), located on parcel S0427438410, on the north side of W. McMillan Rd. between N. San Vito Way and N. Vicenza Way, near the northwest corner of N. Ten Mile Rd. and W. McMillan Rd. Brighton Development, Inc. for a Request to Amend the text of the City’s Unified Development Code (UDC) pertaining to the Dimensional Standards for the Residential Districts in Chapter 2 and Landscape Buffer along Streets Standards in Chapter 3 for UDC Text Amendment - Collector Street Setbacks in Residential Districts and Landscape Buffers Along Streets (ZOA-2021-0003). Sawtooth Development Group, LLC for Annexation of 122 acres of land with R-15 and I-L zoning districts for Black Cat Industrial Project (H-2021-0064), located at 350, 745, 935, and 955 S. Black Cat Rd. Individuals wishing to testify in person may do so by attending the public hearing at the above-noted time and date. Oral testimony may be limited to 3 minutes per person. Written testimony may be submitted up to 72 hours prior to the Public Hearing via mail or in person to Meridian City Clerk, 33 E. Broadway Ave, Suite 104, Meridian, ID, 83642; by email to cityclerk@meridiancity.org; by voicemail at 208-288-5607; or by texting “Comment” to 31996. All testimony and materials received or presented become property of the City of Meridian as public records and are subject to the provisions of the Idaho Public Records Law. Application materials are subject to change throughout the public hearing process, and it is incumbent on interested persons to monitor changes by following the process in person, online, or by contacting City staff.
