Hello Sue,
I have a new subdivision for you to review. It is for Graycliff Estates. We will be doing the project in
3 phases and would like to propose the cluster mailbox to be located in the common area where the
pool and pool-house are located. I have attached the pre-plat that has an old layout of the lot and
the new site plan for the pool/pool-house.
We are trying to coordinate with our architect to attach the mailboxes to the pool-house. This will
provide lighting for safety and overhang from the building to protect the public from the weather
elements.
Would this location be acceptable? Please let me know if you need additional information.
