RE: First Amendment to the Urban Renewal Plan for the
Union District Urban Renewal Project
Dear Sir or Madam:
As provided for under Idaho Code Sections 50-2907 and 63-215, and Rule 225 of the
Property Tax Administrative Rules IDAPA 35.01.03.225.02, you are being provided copies of
the following recorded documents for filing:
1. Meridian City Council Ordinance No. 21-1956 (without exhibits or attachments)
approving the First Amendment to the Urban Renewal Plan for the Union District Urban
Renewal Project (the “First Amendment”) annexing 1.461 acres into the existing revenue
allocation area pursuant to Idaho Code Sections 50-2903A(1)(a)(ii) and 50-2033, which First
Amendment contains a revenue allocation area. The City Council approved the Ordinance at its
meeting of December 7, 2021. The Mayor signed the Ordinance on December 7, 2021.
Publication of the Ordinance Summary in the Idaho Press occurred on December 12, 2021. A
copy of the published Ordinance Summary is also enclosed.
2. Recorded under separate cover, the legal description and map of the boundaries
of the area annexed into the existing revenue allocation area.
