King Properties, Inc, Grantor, hereby grants, bargains, sells and conveys unto PAY LESS DRUG STORES NORTHWEST, INC., a Maryland corporation, Grantee, whose current address is 9275 S.W. Peyton Lane, Wilsonville, OR 97070, those certain premises located in Ada County, Idaho, described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises, with their appurtenances unto the said Grantee, its heirs, successors and assigns forever.
