My concern with this development requesting R8 is that developments in the area (i.e. Centerville Sub. on Amity and
Eagle) have already been recommended for approval. Centerville has small lots and is pretty dense already. While we
want homes that are financially attainable for the times we are in, we NEED to keep the spirit of Meridian alive. Country
living, larger lots, family space, room to grow, space for vehicles and outdoor toys, etc. I'm excited for this development,
it looks like a lot of fun. NO BAIT AND SWITCH!
Please deny this request. Keep the lots R4 as originally presented.
