1. THE LANDSCAPE CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR AND SHALL MAINTAIN
THE LANDSCAPING FOR 90 DAYS PAST THE FINAL INSPECTION.
2. COORDINATE LANDSCAPE PLAN WITH SITE LIGHTING AND UTILITY PLAN TO
ENSURE THERE ARE NO CONFLICTS. ANY DISCREPANCIES BETWEEN THE
LANDSCAPE PLAN AND UTILITY / LIGHTING PLANS SHALL BE REPORTED TO
