RE: Project Narrative – Fluid Estates
Jeff,
The intent of this short plat is to take the existing land on the corner of 10 Mile and McMillian
and subdivide the parcel into three lots. There is an existing 6,000 sf retail building with the
address of 3110 W. Quintale Drive in Meridian. The building will remain.
We are in compliance with the UCD and architectural and surveying practices as we have had
licensed professionals complete this work.
We believe that there is no associated annexation or rezoning case number as we are compliant
with existing zoning requirements.
