(Shafer View AZ).

notes are no longer required to be submitted with your application. Once you are ready to submit your
application, please insert today’s date as the date that you held your pre‐application meeting and I will
change the date in our system.

I’m prepping to submit two applications and it appears that the pre‐app notes for both projects (Apex
West and Quartet South) are over the 4 month limit. Nothing about the projects has changed since the
pre‐app meetings.
Can I still use the attached pre‐app notes for my submittal?
