The proposal is for 206 single family lots with 16 acres reserved for 240 future townhomes, subject to additional neighborhood review, applications, and public hearings. Due to the amount of time that has passed since the previous neighborhood meeting, and to meet city requirements, we are holding a second neighborhood meeting for the Apex West Subdivision. Nothing about the project has changed since the previous neighborhood meeting.
