Providence Properties, LLC, hereinafter "Grantor" does release and forever
quitclaim unto Providence Properties, LLC, whose address is 701 S. Allen Street
Suite 4104 Meridian, ID 83642, hereinafter "Grantee", and assigns, all right, title
and interest which Grantor now has or may hereafter acquire in the following
described real property situated in Ada County, State of Idaho, to -wit:

TO HAVE AND "I'O HOLD, all and singular the said premises, together with the
appurtenances, unto Grantee, and assigns forever.

A parcel of land situated in a portion of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 28, Township
4 North, Range 1 West, Boise Meridian, Ada county, Idaho which include a portion of Lots 18 and 19,
Block 1 of Peregrine Heights Subdivision (Book 68 of Plats at Pages 7026 and 7027, records of Ada
County, Idaho) and being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at an aluminum cap marking the north 1/4 corner of said Section 28, which bears
N00°43'55"E a distance of 2,635.29 feet from a 2.5-inch iron pipe marking the center of said Section 28,
thence following the easterly line of said East 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4, S00°43'55"W a distance of
125.00 feet to an aluminum cap on the southerly right-of-way line of W. Chinden Blvd. (Highway 20/26)
and being the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Thence following said easterly line, S00°43'55"W a distance of 858.99 feet to a 5/8-inch rebar;
