The Project site is located at the northeast corner of Overland Road and Wells Rd. in Meridian, Idaho. The Land Group, Inc. is pleased to represent the applicant/developer, MB Overland Wells, LLC for this application. The annexation and zoning was approved with AZ Ord #661, 661A & 665 (1994). The development agreement is instrument number 2021-119174. The proposed development is in conformance with all requirements and provisions of the UDC and with acceptable engineering, architectural and surveying practices and local standards. The Winco Wells #1 includes 15.88-acres comprised of 1 commercial lot. The final plat, as submitted, is in conformance with and meets all requirements or conditions of the preliminary plat as approved May 4, 2021 (H-2021-0007).
