The Ada County Highway District does not have any comments or requirements for this annexation and
rezone application. Ustick Road abutting the site was recently widened. When the site is developed,
the construction of sidewalk will be required. Direct access to Ustick Road will be prohibited, and
access should be taken off of the "backage" road that will be constructed to the east of this site.
