In 1977 I obtained two (2) açcess permits ttom the: Idaho Trån9PMQ&Ïon Department (lTO) ror
~ess to Meridian Road, In 1983 tbe ITD widened Meridian Road and took som., right-ot:'way
al1d paved three (J) accesses into my property to match tbe new roadway pavement, In 1989
ITD agai'ß lMk additional right-of-way and m!italled a culvert 200' reet 110rth of my south
property linc lUld pllVed an additional fol'ty foot wide access. Currently' have four (4) accesses
on Meridian Rl'Iad two (2) of which arc' permitted IIl1d two (2) that are grandtà.thcrcd. I also have
four (4) accesses on Overland Road all of which arc &I'andfalha'cd. 'rbcsc accesses have been
criticnl to the suçcess ufmy businesses,
