We attended the planning meeting in which the North side of Us tick was discussed And testified, supporting our neighbors in their wished to have their properties Re-zoned to "mixed use commercial". We testified again last week and supported our neighbors and the discussion of the Situation concerning our intersection. I was surprised that your NOTICE OF HEARING did not include the SE comer. It was our understanding and our Neighbors were surprised that the SE comer was left out in the NOTICE OF HEARING. What do we do? Since I'mSure it's just a oversight, can the NOTICE OF HEARING be amended to add our Comer. Your help is most appreciated. We have not received much interest in selling our property as "residential". One Offer was withdrawn. Perhaps Developers realize the limitations to a "residential" community on a busy comer like Linder/Ustick. Please let us know what we can do to have our property considered for the re-zoning To "Mixed Use Commercial". Previous to the last major zoning change our Property had been identified on the planning maps for years as "commercial".
