Conditional Use Narrative
Bach Homes would like to apply for a conditional use permit to build an approximately 195,000
sq.ft., 134 unit, 63’ – 6” tall multifamily project within the C-C/C-G zone. With 4 levels of residential type
V construction over a single level type II parking structure. Additional surface level parking will be
provided on the site. There will be open space courtyards on the second level. The building will have a
flat roof and parapets.
