Re: Ten Mile Creek Self Storage - Certificate of Zoning Compliance application
Dear Mr. Hood,
Enclosed is the Certificate of Zoning Compliance application for Ten Mile Creek Self Storage - a
448-unit self-storage complex. The project will include RV storage (both covered and
uncovered, as well as indoor storage units (both climate controlled and non-climate-controlled
units).
The C-G zoned property is located on the south side of Franklin Road midway between S.
Linder and S. Ten Mile Roads.
The demand for self-storage has remained high throughout the area, and with the recent
construction of multi-family projects in the area, demand is expected to remain steady. This
project would be perfectly located to serve the needs of the area.
