The project will include RV storage (both covered and uncovered, as well as indoor storage units (both climate controlled and non-climate-controlled units). The C-G zoned property is located on the south side of Franklin Road midway between S. Linder and S. Ten Mile Roads. The demand for self-storage has remained high throughout the area, and with the recent construction of multi-family projects in the area, demand is expected to remain steady.
