Watertower Lane, Suite 202 Meridian, ID 83642 Re: Time Extension —Bainbridge Subdivision (PP-05-002) The Meridian City Council approved Bainbridge Subdivision applications for annexation and zoning (AZ-05-001), conditional use permit (CUP-05-002) and preliminary plat (PP-05-002) on April 19, 2005. Eighteen -month time extensions were granted for the Conditional Use and preliminary plat applications on January 26, 2006, extending their approvals to March 19, 2009 and October 19, 2007, respectively. Given the state of the current residential real estate market and the unavailability of sanitary sewer service (the Black Cat sewer trunk is scheduled for completion in mid-2008), it is necessary to request an additional 18-month extension of the preliminary plat, PP-05-002 in accordance with the provisions of Meridian Unified Development Code Section 11-6B-7 Paragraph C. It is our understanding that this action is subject to City Council approval. Therefore, required application forms and documentation is provided herewith.
