RE: Arch Rock Terrace Subdivision
Final Plat
APPROVALS:
• Annexation: The project site, 5.01 acres has been annexed into the City of
Meridian with an R-8 (Medium Density Residential) and R-15 (Medium Density
Residential).
• Preliminary Plat: The preliminary plat for Arch Rock Terrace Subdivision has
been approved for 19 single-family building lots and 2 common areas on 2.73
acres in the R-8 zone; and 7 single-family building lots and 1 common area on
1.02 acres in the R-15 zone.
LOCATION:
Subject property is located on the east side of Linder Rd., approximately 800 feet south
of McMillian Rd.
CONFORMANCE WITH APPROVED PRELIMINARY PLAT:
• The final plat is in substantial compliance with the approved preliminary plat.
• All the requirements of the UDC have been met or can be met during final
construction.
• The final plat is in conformance with acceptable engineering, architectural and
surveying practices and local standards for Meridian , Ada County and southwest
Idaho.
• Order of Approval for Annexation and Preliminary Plat number: AZ06-060 PP
06-061.
