They have been open for over 2 years and I have never had a problem due to noise or disturbance during the day or night. I have no problem with them being operational 24 hours and it has not affected me negatively for any reason. We appreciate the surveillance of our business that the cameras on the building provide. We have not had any problems with this business being twenty four hours. This is a positive relationship between businesses. We feel safer having them next to us. They have surveillance cameras which help protect our assets. As a local business owner I feel safer knowing that someone is always watching because of the twenty four hour access. This is a positive impact for my business because it is more security for us. We appreciate the relationship we have with this facility and look forward to future dealings with them. Sincerely, r RECEIVED OCT 2 3 2007 Dear Meridian City Council, Oct 22, 2007 City of Meridian City Clerk Office Movie Gallery of Kuna is located two doors down from Anytime Fitness Kuna. As a local business we feel safer having a facility open that is twenty four hours. Having the secure access to anytime fitness allows for our business to have constant visual surveillance of our property and assets. With that being said, anytime fitness is a positive business to have next to ones own. We appreciate that this business is a twenty four hour facility. We have used the surveillance outside of anytime fitness to aid in a problem we had with someone stealing from us. Sincerely,
