AEI has been retained to conduct a Zoning Analysis Report for a client at: 4909 North
Elsinore Avenue, Meridian, Idaho 83646 (APN R6905490210)
Attached are several Freedom Of Information Requests (FOIAs) for information
pertaining to this property & requests for the following items:
1) Zoning Verification Letter
2) Site Plans/Approvals (Are Site Plans on file? Are they required? Please provide a copy)
3) Information on any outstanding
• Zoning Code Violations
• Fire Code Violations
• Building Code Violations
4) Any Variances or Special Use/Conditional Use Permits (please provide a copy)
5) Copies of Certificates of Occupancy (Are Certificates of Occupancy required? If there is no
Certificate of Occupancy on file, is it a violation?)
If a department states, "open code violations" or "there are no open violations", still,
please specify separately which violation it pertains to (fire, zoning, or building code
violations). Also, if the requests listed don’t apply to your department, there is no need
to respond to them. Completed documents can be sent to chudson@aeiconsultants.com.
Please let me know if there are costs associated with obtaining the requests, and I will
provide the proper payment.
