Please be advised that Nampa &Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) operates a two inch (2")
pressure irrigation system isolation valve separating this property from Dove Meadows
Subdivision. The easement for this isolation valve is a minimum of ten feet (10') total, five
feet (5') from centerline each side.
Any work around this easement will require a Land Use Change Application and full review

All private laterals and waste ways must be protected. It is recommended that irrigation water
be available to all developments within the NMID. Developers must comply with Idaho Code
31-3805.
