Ridgebury Avenue, and is commonly known as Lot 13, Block 3, of the Vallin Courts Subdivision. The property lies within Meridian City limits and the Urban Service Planning Area. This lot was originally sized to accommodate an existing home. Now, the Applicant is proposing to subdivide Lot 13, Block 3, into two new lots.
