Y~ur permit application was presented at opr February 16, 20.06 executive permits
m~eting. At this meeting, the fol/Owing determinations were made:
: 1. Any desired access onto Eagle Road shall comply with the Eagle Road Concept
: Report (a copy is available" upon request). Improvements to Eagle Road will be a
reqÜirement for any apptoved access. The necessary improvements will be
determined once access determination is made, If your developments are able to
comply with the Eagle Road Concept Report, District Traffic may be agreeable to
recommending approval of the requested access points pending results of our
review of your TIS completed by Stanley Consultants.

Rdad Concept Report. Also, provide written 'notification from the city of Meridian once a
