Y~ur permit application was presented at our February 16, 2006 executive permits
m~eting. At this meeting, the following determinations were made:
: 1. Any desired access onto Eagle Road shall comply with the Eagle Road Concept
: Report (a copy is available' upon request). Improvements to Eagle Road will be a
reqÜirement for any apptoved access. The necessary improvements will be
determined once access determination is made, If your developments are able to
comply with the Eagle Road Concept Report, District Traffic may be agreeable to
recommending approval of the requested access points pending results of our
review of your TIS completed by Stanley Consultants.

, '1 2. Any desired access requires a variance to the city of Meridian Unified

Ple'ase provide information detailing how your developments will comply with the Eagle
Rdad Concept Report. Also. provide written notification from the city of Meridian once a
