Y~ur permit application was presented at our February 16, 2006 executive permits mE;!eting. At this meeting, the follOwing determinations were made: : 1. Any desired access onto Eagle Road shall comply with the Eagle Road Concept Report (a copy is available' upon request). Improvements to Eagle Road will be a reqUirement for any apptoved access. The necessary improvements will be determined once access determination is made.
