Y~ur permit application was presented at our February 16, 2006 executive permits
mE;!eting. At this meeting, the follOwing determinations were made:
: 1. Any desired access onto Eagle Road shall comply with the Eagle Road Concept
Report (a copy is available' upon request). Improvements to Eagle Road will be a
reqUirement for any apptoved access. The necessary improvements will be
determined once access determination is made. If your developments are able to
comply with the Eagle Road Concept Report, District Traffic may be agreeable to
recommending approval ðf the requested access points pending results of our
review of your TIS completed by Stanley Consultants,

Please provide information detailing how your developments will comply with the Eagle
Rdad Concept Report Also, provide written 'notification from the city of Meridian once a
vatiance to their ordinance has been granted. Further consideration of your applic~tion
