Maintenance Agreement
Maintenance and repair of the private streets will be provided by the Homeowners/Business
Owners Association created as part of the subdivision. Accounts will be set up, and provisions
included in the Conditions, Covenants and Restrictions to establish a sinking fund for future
repairs and maintenance of the private streets. The developer is aware of the financial
obligations involved and has multiple projects utilizing this method of financing maintenance
and repairs for private facilities.
