Thanks for taking my call. I am good with the private streets. I noted in the revised FD Comment
report that will need to be signed No parking Fire Lane per the IFC and signs installed per ACHD
Standards.

As you are probably aware, the proposed density for Centerville has been
decreased significantly, and the revised plat is up for hearing on November 16,
2021. Planning staff has asked that we submit a private road application ASAP,
with one of the checklist items being: Written approval from the Fire
Department (for width and radii). The driveway widths are proposed as 26’
face-to-face with turning radii of 48’ and 28’ as shown. All private streets/lanes

will be built to ACHD construction standards.
Please review the attached exhibit and revised plat and, if possible, return the
signed form (or your e-mail approval should work). Please let me know if you
need additional information or modifications. Thank you!
