Subject: CBH neighborhood approval
Message: I’m reaching out over my concern for the planned CBH neighborhood next to Hillsdale and the
YMCA. The subdivision is supposed to be a mixed plan and not all of it was planned for high density. The
developer has not made enough adjustments to the current plan to show that they are in alignment with the
city of Meridian’s comprehensive plan. We understand the development needs to occur but would look for
more opportunity to have living and commercial available to residents. This has been so successful in other
areas of Boise such as Harris Ranch. We also need to consider the impacts this has on Hillsdale Elementary.
There simply isn’t room for the amount of homes and townhomes that have been proposed. I’m asking this
to be considered before our area is maxed out on traffic and safety concerns for our kids.
