Rockbury North Subdivision, Recorded in Book 117, Pages 17775-17779, situated within the Southeast
1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 22, Township 4 North, Range 1 West, Boise Meridian, Ada County,
Idaho and more particularly described as follows.
COMMENCING at the southwest corner of Lot 54 monumented by a found 5/8-inch rebar with cap
stamped “PLS 8575”, thence South 89°25'45" East, 19.73 feet to the southeast corner of Lot 54
monumented by a found 5/8-inch rebar with cap stamped “PLS 8575”; thence continuing South
89°25'45" East, 283.67 feet to a set 5/8-inch rebar with cap stamped “PLS 8575” and the POINT OF
BEGINNING;
